The Luke Airman & Family Readiness Center serves as a ane-end information and referral center for single, married, agile-duty, Guard, Reserve and retired members, also equally their families. The Exceptional Family Member Programme (EFMP) is designed to provide support to military family members with special needs. EFMP is a mandatory enrollment program that protects federal entitlements and armed forces benefits of special needs family unit members. The Family Support, Medical, and Assignments functions work together and with other military and noncombatant agencies to ensure EFMP families have an enhanced quality of life as they relocate effectually the world with their sponsors.
Employment and career assistance supports agile military, civilians and family members in achieving short and long-term employment, past referring for education/preparation and obtaining career goals in the individual and public sectors. The A&FRC provides employment skills counseling to fix for portable careers in the individual and public sectors. Services also include resource for cocky-employment, small business, and entrepreneurial efforts.

Personal & Work Life services promote community health and assist with the readiness and resiliency of the strength beyond the life cycle. Focus is on promoting, enriching and improving work/home balance, resulting in increased quality of life and resiliency. Activities will be educational and offered through individual and group settings to meet identified community needs.
Contracted professional counselors are available to provide not-medical short term, situational problem-solving counseling to Service Members and their families. Services can be provided on or off military installations, to individuals, couples, families, and groups. MFLCs are mandated reporters of child abuse, domestic abuse, and other duty-to-warn situations. Services are otherwise confidential and private, except for duty-to-warn situations. The Air Force Primal Spouse Program is an official Air Force unit of measurement family unit readiness program designed to heighten mission readiness and resiliency and build a sense of community. Commander-appointed Key Spouse volunteers serve as a vital resource to command teams in an effort to support Air Force families throughout the military life cycle. The A&FRC offers Initial Key Spouse Grooming, too as ongoing networking and training opportunities for Key Spouses. Please contact the A&FRC for more than information.
